THE FINE PRINT

GENERAL TERMS

St Awaries Cottage is only suitable for couples or families and we will not accept large groups.

CHECK-IN

16:00 – 19:00 hours
Please contact us latest 48hrs in advance of your expected arrival time. If you travel by ferry via Rosslare Europort please provide the sailing details. In case of a delay of the ferry, you do not have to worry, we will monitor the actual arrival times and we will wait for you.

CHECK-OUT

Until 11:00 hours

CHILDREN AND EXTRA BEDS

All children are welcome. Free! Up to three children under 16 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. A foldable travel cod is available on request. No high chairs provided.

PETS

No pets at St Awaries Cottage. Sorry.

NON SMOKING POLICY

Smoking is not permitted.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact us directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

RATES

The daily rates are as shown in the Booking Calendar which is available under Booking Request

MINIMUM STAY

September – June: minimum 3 nights, weekends from Friday to Sunday (2 nights on request)
July – August: minimum 7 nights, Check in/out Saturdays preferred

BOOKING REQUEST

Please select the dates you wish to stay in our cottage by clicking on the first and last day in the booking calendar and by completing the Booking Request form. After you have ticked the box “I agree to the terms and conditions” you can sent the request to us. Please select the Paypal button under the confirmation, and enter your billing information in the form. You will be securely redirected to paypal.com where you can choose your preferred payment method.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

Your booking request is secured and binding once we have received your payment.
Additional fees can be paid in cash upon arrival if you choose to.

CANCELLATION POLICY / PREPAYMENT

You will be charged 50% of the total price if you cancel after reservation and a further 40% of the total price if you cancel in the 42 days before arrival. If you don’t show up you will be charged the total price.
You will be charged a minimum prepayment of 50% of the total price after reservation and a further 40% of the total price in the 42 days before arrival. Please select your Payment options.

SECURE PAYMENT

We are using paypal as our payment provider. You can select your preferred payment method securely after your booking request has been approved and you have entered your billing information in the form.

ADDITIONAL FEES / DEPOSITS

Additional fees are charged upon arrival when you check in. Payments can only be made in cash at the premises.

CLEANING FEE

There is a €50.00 cleaning fee per stay.

ELECTRICITY

We provide sustainable, green electricity, which is included in the rate.

GAS SUPPLEMENT

During the Month from October to March we are charging a Gas supplement for heating of €7.00 per night and €4.00 per night for the remaining month.

REFUSE

Refuse should be disposed of at the Amber Petrol Station in Killinick (N25 towards Wexford Town) where a token can be purchased for the machine.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT

A security deposit of €200 will be requested on arrival for incidentals. This will be returned 7 days after departure via banktransfer or paypal and is subject to a damage inspection of the property.

DATAPROTECTION

We are storing your personal data only for internal processes and do not distribute it to third parties. We might sent you from time to time emails with specials offers. If you do not whish to receive those emails, you can opt out in your profile once you have logged in to our guest intranet.
